Customer Reviews
Fractured my ankle playing hockey, decided to get some physio for it as I had a walking tour coming up. Anson helped me out a lot! Gave me some exercises I could do to strengthen my ankle. I’m pretty sure without the physio my ankle would be in rough shape. Anson did a great job and I’m back to playing hockey like nothing happened.
The best chiropractor in Toronto, hands down (pun intended), and a wonderful team for rehabilitative therapy as well. I needed to find a new Chiropractor when I moved to the area 8 years ago, and it’s a daunting task. Dr. Oscar Manias is so kind and effective in holistically treating my issues – and will also refer out when necessary.

Customer Reviews
Barry is a terrific chiropractor. I have had experience with many practitioners dealing with my back and I rate him as one of the best. He listens, gives excellent treatment, and recommends things they will aid in my long term health. For example, he suggested a purchase a pillow that helps to keep my neck and spine aligned while I sleep and he has shown me many exercises that I can do at home.
I’ve seen Dr. Nguyen multiple times over the past year and have always been extremely impressed with the amount of knowledge and patience he has. He always takes time to explain what he is doing and helps me identify the root of my issues. I’ve also been nervous to have my neck adjusted in the past however he makes the entire process so comfortable and easy. I’ve seen positive results and would definitely recommend Barry!

I’ve been coming for over 5 months and I feel like my scoliosis is improving after each visit. My back always feels relaxed after each visit. The various techniques Dr. Djeddi uses are very effective for treating spinal issues and she even offers acupuncture. Excellent service, highly recommended.
I don’t usually leave a review for a certain place unless it’s really good, but I needed to tell people that this place is a gem. I’m usually very picky about my treatment since I have chronic back pain. and this place has never let me down. Kathleen, the receptionist is super friendly and professional, she is always willing to help in a timely manner. (I loved it the most about this clinic) Dr.Djeddi’s chiro session is a blessing.

Growing up, Dr. B. was passionate about sports, science and helping others. He knew this would lead him to a career in healthcare someday. In college, he studied biology and kinesiology, learning about the human body and how it moves. In his personal life, chiropractic care helped relieve the pain and symptoms of scoliosis and neck issues. All of this led perfectly into a career in chiropractic.
Dr. B attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Downtown Toronto, graduating with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2004. He opened his practice that same year, and has been helping patients move better so they can feel better ever since.
With his passion for science, Dr. Michael Berenstein is gratified to see more research supporting the concept that chiropractic care promotes healthy bodies through better movement, by ensuring that all joints have proper mobility and range of motion. He loves educating patients about the importance of proper movement and helping them incorporate that movement into their daily lives.
Customer Reviews
I was referred to Dr. Berenstein by my family physician for orthotics, but Dr. B was able to treat the problem and allow me to walk pain-free without orthotics in just a few treatments. Since then, he has successfully treated me for pain due to tennis elbow, a broken bone, back strain, arthritic joints and pulled neck muscles. Whenever I’m in pain, he somehow always manages to relieve it. Highly recommended.
Have been going for more than 10 years or ? He is the most caring, patience and willing to help out and gives great suggestions. Likes learning more advanced treatments and taking courses to go with the future technology.

Customer Reviews
Phenomenal experience! I came here with my little sister who was 10 at the time, she had severe back and neck pains to the point we switched her to online schooling for solely that reason, we tried doctors, creams, ice packs, etc. And finally we decided to go see a chiropractor. After about 15 consistent sessions, she is better than ever before and more than able to attend school! and pain free!!!
I’m so happy that I connected with Dr. Lauren Stethem. She is smart, willing to take time to answer questions, and very caring in her treatments, always asking if I’m alright with everything she’s doing. She is interested in my general health and lifestyle and how it relates to my treatment.
I know I still have a long way to go, but I’m looking forward to the journey with Dr. Lauren!

Hi there! I’m Dr. Alex and I am obsessed with helping others to get healthier and ensure that their health never holds them back.

I am a NeuroStructural Chiropractor, host of the Better Ever After Podcast, author of The Sitting Antidote and Instagram health-influencer that serves hundreds of patients and tens of thousands of online-followers by providing care that focuses on correcting the real problems that create health concerns and passionately delivering the tips, tools, strategies and lifestyle resources required to find your healthiest self.
The best praise I have ever received, and that I aim for with every patient is that “You changed my life!”. After a traumatic hockey-related neck injury in my adolescence, a chiropractor “changed my life” and my health too, and my highest ambition is to do that for others.
I work with patients that are not looking for a Band-Aide solution but want a comprehensive, thorough, holistic and compassionate approach to addressing the underlying reasons why they hurt or struggle with their health and who want to get back to being healthy and feeling better than they realized was possible. Whether you are struggling with your health or just the consequences of an office job, and want more than just a “traditional” and superficial solution, I would love to review your case
Customer Reviews
Dr. Alex Ritza is amazing! You can tell that he loves what he does and also really cares about the patient. He not only cares about you as a patient, but as a person. He is very thorough in his assessments and is very knowledgeable and helpful, always offering helpful tips and advice for better health. I highly recommend him as after seeing him for about the last year my posture has significantly improved and I experience virtually no pain.
I came to see Dr. Alex for a wrist injury, recommended by a teammate who had experienced something similar. After my initial consult and learning more about the brain-body connection and the NeuroStructural Restoration approach, I realized Dr. Alex could help me with much more than my wrist! I have suffered from chronic daily headaches for more than 12 years, trying everything in the book – except chiropractic.

Customer Reviews
I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for over six years and highly recommend her and her clinic (shout out to Katherine at the front desk who is also a gem). Eva is a wonderful chiropractor and a lovely person. She has a “whole body” approach and will often recommend exercises and lifestyle changes to keep me healthy and reduce stress on my body.
Dr. Eva Chan is an exceptionally good chiropractor! She doesn’t simply give you an adjustment and send you on your way. She takes the time to assess your whole body and life – and how both factors impact what’s going on in your body. The office is always a pleasure to visit and I’ve never been kept waiting! Plus, adjustments are reasonably priced for Toronto.
FAQs about Chiropractor Services in Toronto
Does it hurt to get adjusted by a chiropractor?
There is little to no pain involved in an adjustment. You may feel pops and cracks, but you should not feel any intense pain. Typically, if you weren’t in pain prior to the adjustment, you won’t be after. Some chiropractic patients do experience some mild soreness or minor aches after a visit.
What can I expect from my first chiropractor?
Reactions following a chiropractic adjustment vary greatly from person to person. These may range from a great sense of exhilaration immediately following the adjustment, to a feeling of aching and soreness. The most common reaction to spinal manipulation is aching or soreness in the spinal joints or muscles.
How long should a chiropractor spend with you?
Chiropractic appointments, and the time it takes to realign your spine through a chiropractic adjustment, tend to be quite short for the most part. Appointments typically range from 15-45 minutes. Because your first chiropractic appointment will involve a full needs assessment, expect to be there for around 45 minutes.
What should I avoid after chiropractic adjustment?
After your adjustment, you don’t want your body to immediately revert to the same position it was in. Avoid sitting for long periods of time after seeing the chiropractor, if possible, and enjoy the mobility that your adjustment has created by going for a long walk, or take a bike ride.
What do to during the Chiropractic Adjustment?
Focusing on your breathing and avoiding tensing your muscles can help you stay relaxed. Also, make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine prior to your appointments.
What do you wear to a chiropractor appointment?
Wear Something Comfortable
When you visit a chiropractor for an adjustment, your clothes should not restrict movement. You need to be able to lie down in them and move easily. Loose clothing makes this simpler. You can wear comfortable running shorts, yoga pants or leggings with a loose top or shirt.
if you are looking for the best chiropractor in Toronto, the ones listed above are a great place to start.
